Let's use a Nissan GT-R for example (2008-2015)

The Nissan GT-R came with a screen from factory (Nissan). That factory screen supports multiple factory features, which are vital to the Nissan GT-R.

Some examples are:

- Climate control - When changing temperature, the temperature information comes up on the factory screen.
- MFG (Multi-function gauges)- These digital gauges are vital to the GT-R and a lot of valuable data and information will be lost, if removed. These gauges are only within the factory headunit, which is displayed on the factory 7 Inch screen.

Unfortunately for some vehicles, there wont be an option to change out the factory screen. Sometimes, there are no manufacturers to create the facia kit for those vehicles. Especially if planning to install a double-din aftermarket headunit in the vehicle. It would be very costly to change out the factory harnesses in the car, create a fascia kit for it AND to get a headunit for it. Then, after all that, it would remove the factory features like Climate control, factory steering controls, GPS, and any other vehicle-specific features.

When we design and manufacture our products, we try our best, to bring everything together, to work seamlessly inside Carlinklife®'s systems. This includes: Steering controls, reverse cameras, audio equipment, screens and touch capabilities, any applicable dashboard controls, or anything else that is vehicle-specific. There might be some rare functions that have no use inside Carlinklife®'s system, BUT, that doesn't mean their initial function is removed from factory, that specific control will still be usable inside your vehicles factory system.

Some of our newest products may not carry over ALL factory features, but the most important ones.
