No issues! Everything works perfectly like OEM and it’s super easy to install. I would 100% recommend it.

It does everything as advertise, it looks great in person, everyone that sees it loves it, build quality is very very close to OEM. This is exactly what I have always wanted!

I had some issues initially when installing components but customer service was very prompt very responsive even though we were on different time zones I would highly recommend to anyone who want to add CarPlay to vehicles not equipped with it and moderately priced

Recommend buying this upgrade over stock screen when adding carplay and android auto. Display is more crisp no lag you be able to swipe smoothly like a phone screen unlike oem screen that is touch only. That's why I'm happy with this purchase upgrade paired with my android auto module. Great combo makes my 16 QX50 infotainment more modern and it's easy to install save me money from having someone intall it for me. I'm glad they had this amazing product available for my car. Third unit i tried for my vehicle installation was easy i kept all of my factory apps and functions i would definitely recommend buying this product for your vehicle and the customer service is awesome

This is such an amazing update to the factory Audi MMI screen. It was a challenge but well worth it. I probably would have cried without tech support that was very responsive to my several questions. Thank you!!!

Install took about two hours. Instructional video was helpful and had a few questions that were answered via email promptly. System works wirelessly pretty soon after cranking the engine. No issues with my backup camera either. Money well spent.

Wow, I was skeptical at first but wanted to give it a try anyway. It works great. It plays YouTube videos and I can watch Netflix or stream from other apps like hulu or Disney!

The product is THE best upgrade available, and works flawlessly and looks professional and amazing!

Tech support A+, and the detractor here is that without gxbob’s video this is not installable with the instructions provided.

Carplay and the screen are flawless!!! Not a single downside.

The shell looks ok, but i had to get out the exacto and trim some edges to make it ‘fit’.

My friends useta pick on the huge android debacle that i had, they are all super impressed.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! This was so worth the price. The quality is great. Plug and play. Yes, there's some tweaks to work through. That's with any aftermarket product like these. Love it!

The instruction manual that came with the product has an error.
The instructions say "connect LVDS Cable top port J3 of the car the HMI unit" and they even show a photo of the J3 port.
However this is the incorrect LVDS port as I found the hard way because after following the instructions manual, nothing worked.
So after contacting customer service, I was told that the correct LVDS port is the J5 port on the HMI.
Amazing how everything works when connections are made correctly.
Very happy with my unit. It has upgraded my old Cadillac tremendously, so now I don't have to buy a new car just to get Android Auto and Apple Car Play 😁
