Warranty & Disclaimer

1. By default, the warranty period of Carlinklife® products is 12+1* (*exclusive to email subscriber) months. We understand that in rare instances, some products that were manufactured, potentially might be faulty. Warranty extension may be purchased, only up to 30 days after original product purchase.

In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

• Within 3 months after you get the product, if your item(s) are broken or defective, You just need to return it and we will send you a new one.
• During the warranty period of 3 to 12+1* (*exclusive to email subscriber) months, if there is any quality problem, we will support free maintenance services for you.
• If 12-months have passed by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you free maintenance services.

If you have requested a replacement, the replaced products will continue the warranty of your original order. Example:

• You purchased a Carlinklife® product on 12/12/2022 with a 12-month warranty.
• After finding a quality-related defect, you requested a replacement on 06/01/2023.
• The warranty period of the replacement is still from 12/12/2022 to 12/12/2023.

2. ‘Carlinklife®’ provides 30 days of "free replacement warranty" for if our products arrive faulty or do not operate as expected (Must be assessed by ‘Carlinklife®’ Only).

3. The consumer has up to 30 days to return the product for a free replacement (This does not include Shipping and Taxes). The consumer will be responsible for paying shipping and any applicable taxes UNLESS the product has a quality issue or is faulty on arrival) (Assessed by ‘Carlinklife®’ Only).

4. ‘Carlinklife®’ will not be held responsible for improper installations. This includes, rips, tears, electrical faults. Please install at your own risk. Our products go through many manufacturing and testing phases to ensure quality assurance. Warranty assessment will only be professionally assessed by ‘Carlinklife®’. Please note: Our products have surge protection going both ways, to and from your vehicle. It will not be possible for our products deteriorate or destroy vehicle features, accessories or general electrical.

5. ‘Carlinklife®’ provides products that are considered as ‘aftermarket’. These products may not operate the same as factory equipment. We engineer them as best as possible to be able to give an alternative to owners of vehicles that do not otherwise have many other options in the market.

6. 'Carlinklife®’ sells products at different, complex levels, at different price ranges, with all products providing a different cause and feature. ‘Carlinklife®’ is not responsible for improper installation(s), in saying this, for the first time installation, you might encounter some issues, that’s why we’re to help. ‘Carlinklife®’ and the team, suggests to visit a professional or get professional advice if you’re not comfortable with amending your vehicle.

7. ‘Carlinklife®’ will be here to help with any technical issues and where possible. ‘Carlinklife®’ will not issue a refund or return without a valid reason. If at any point, one of our staff are threatened or abused, any refunds/returns will be void.

8. We may update our site from time to time and may change the content or product pricing to suit market demand and needs at any time. ' Carlinklife®' has all rights to do this.

9. We have all rights to accept or cancel any order, at anytime. We also hold all rights to NOT cancel any orders recognized as fraud until we believe the funds can safely be returned to the true holder of the payment method used.

10. If consumer has completed any modification on our product or their software(s), warranty will be void.

This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Carlinklife® Team. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser. This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is nontransferable.
