I have had this in my 2017 IS200t for about 6 months or so and I have been extremely impressed. The OS is extremely fast and i havent had any issues with freezing up, crashing, or anything really. Touchscreen is extremely accurate, boots up relatively fast (could be faster), and video quality is superb.

95% of the time I use it for Apple CarPlay, though I have tested its built-in GPS and it does work well (but i still prefer carplay). It takes about 30 seconds from pushing "start" to having Waze or maps appear on the screen.

I have watched Prime movies on it during road trips, youtube, and even some Twitch livestreams. This unit has the google play store on it and can download any app on there. Keep in mind that you must have the unit connected to your phones mobile hotspot in order for these functions to work.

Overall if you are thinking about this radio and are on the fence. Do it!!! Great buy!

The functionality of the product is Great. Everything that was stated about the system to include plug and play was very simple. The best part is that it integrated with my car in a matter of seconds. However, I must speak about the customer service (Carlinklife Andy). When I originally ordered the system, I ordered the wrong one. Customer service immediately contacted me, asked questions about my car and also notified me that I ordered the wrong one. To make a long story short, I cancelled the order, and placed a new order. Andy informed me that the system was shipped by DHL, and I would receive it in couple of days. I received the system and in about an hour I completed the installation. However, I was unable to receive any sound through the system. I contacted customer service and Andy immediately responded and suggested I did not have AUX cable connected. That was correct and the next day I received a follow up email in response to the problem to ensure that problem was resolved. Now I call that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks a lot!

Great product that will give your interior a sharp & better look. Its kinda hard to install though since IS doesnt have much space behind the screen to work with and send the wire down towards the radio but not impossible. Took me 2 hours in total to install and put back everything. I really love the product. It doesnt have any problem with the product so far. Super excellent customer service, i order the wrong system they help me out with these issue really fast. They help you out with everything. Shipping was really fast, it was delivered by 6 days. Great job!

Product is perfect. Everything is plug and play like they said. My installer has a lot of questions due to lack of experience and they answered all their questions quickly. They emailed me instructions and pictures. I received the product faster than I expected. Outstanding customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended.
