Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from carlinklife.com.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
If your car models is in our list of compatible models and the product cannot work with your car, we will guarantee a refund of the product fees, after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
Expedited Express Shipping is additional service, and we won't refund the fees.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Pretty straightforward install. Works amazing and is super fast! Imagine your phone 10 times larger and permanently fixed to your vehicle. The sound is way better than Factory with every setting you can imagine. Definitely would buy this 10 times over again! My unit is very fast and without lag and Boots up quickly. Very satisfied with it so far!

Easy to install, but it takes time to remove the old unit and panels, so you'll need about 2 hrs, been using it for a couple weeks before giving a review, I'm android and it works great! Sim card doesn't work with at&t by the way, i just got a little usb hotspot and I'm good!
AC control works perfect, steering buttons work too, you have to program it after installing the stereo, that takes like 5 min

The product is amazing. I love the big screen and the fact I can have mobile data. At first i had issues with the installation but i contacted customer service and very rapid response. Over all the installation and operation are seemless.
