Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from carlinklife.com.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
If your car models is in our list of compatible models and the product cannot work with your car, we will guarantee a refund of the product fees, after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
Expedited Express Shipping is additional service, and we won't refund the fees.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Best addition to my car! As an iPhone user this was a MUST for me. This was easy to install even if you dont have any experience with any kind of car electronics as Carlinklife has some amazing videos to follow with great instructions, there is no way you cant get this right. And if you need any additional help they have the best customer service, quickest response ever. You can also catch them on the chat. You wont be disappointed.

I must admit I was skeptical at first about the ease of installing this unit but to my surprise the product was a breeze to install and setup, while it did take some minor disassembly of dash components overall the components, microphones tie-ins, and control tie-ins as well as the instructions, and wiring harness elements provided made it very easy to install. The support provided by Carlinklife was on point, helpful, and quick so if you are on the fence about getting one trust me it is worth it.

I installed it on my bmw f20, works good, the seller will help you till the end. Be careful and follow the installation manual and everything will be fine. It starts working while you get in the car. I love the product and the quality and the service, shipping in Europe less than a week.
