I've been driving my car for 10 years, but this universal car radio surprised me, for the price the touch screen quality and functionality are excellent, it is a great way to add CarPlay & android auto functionality to the car cheaply. The sound quality via the FM sender is also better than I expected.The customer service was very friendly.Recommend.

Replacing the radio/CD player in my 2013 BMW 328i is very complex. I thought that was the only option since my car does not have iDrive. So I was happy to try this option.
Setup took two minutes at most. I am using the dash mount. The adhesive strip that comes with the unit was not strong enough and after the first time in a hot car it lost its hold. A couple strips of Gorilla Heavy Duty double-sided mounting tape fixed that issue.
I am using the AUX port option for sound. While the sound is very acceptable a dual bluetooth option would have been nice. One less cable!
I haven't tried multimedia or screen mirroring features. I have taken and made phone calls which worked well. I have also use Siri which also worked well.

It arrived in five days. Carplay reaction speed is fast and the image quality is fine. I also have a menu to update, I don't know where I get it. I connected the aux with the audio line, but the sound quality is good and it is very useful. It seems that there is no noise when connecting Oaks. There is minisingly fan noise, but it is hardly heard.
