Return Policy
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from carlinklife.com.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
If your car models is in our list of compatible models and the product cannot work with your car, we will guarantee a refund of the product fees, after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.

This Android CarPlay unit has truly transformed the infotainment system of my Lexus NX200t 2015 model. It feels like operating a brand-new car with all OEM features, including the 360 camera, functioning seamlessly. Overall a good product and works as expected. A bit expensive but I would recommend, my client was happy with the installation. Installation of the infotainment system took me around 2 hours. I would rate the performance of the system 5 stars. I will deal with this seller again and will recommend them to others.

Product arrived in one week. At first I was confused with the installation instructions but after dismantling the car system and checking out the wiring, it then made sense. The finished product is nothing short of wonderful! I would not be writing this review if I wasnt happy. I am so happy with the product and Im already sharing his link with my friends. Its a 5 star from me.

It is a very good product. Fairly easy installion. A bit hard to secure the screen with the screws but if you have the correct tool it should be ok. Got a lot of help form the seller and everything works as it should. Thanks, my car feels more modern with it.

This radio is really awesome, years ahead of the stock system in every aspect. Android Auto works well, too. The display and sound quality is excellent. The car feels years younger with the system installed. The installation might look scary on videos but almost every part can be removed just by pulling. The sound connection is done via line input in the center console by the 3.5 mm cable. You might face problems getting Android Auto connecting reliably because the wifi hotspot of the car radio is starting to late from time to time. Disable and enable the hotspot and the phone will connect. If you have the Lexus 360 cam you need a special adapter. Ask the seller for this item. The doors can be inverted in the system settings.
