Installation Notes:
- 1. Don't put the wifi and gps antenna inside of the center console. Don’t get closed to metal materials.
- 2. Please confirm all the features work before put everything back especially the sound.
- 3. Please leave the new USB cable outside for file transfer or future updates.
- 4. If you have any issues remember to take pictures or videos to show the wiring/settings and the issue.
- 5. If you don't have the confidence to install it, plz find a specialist to help out. Any issue please get help from us. We are more professional than auto repair shop.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
If your car models is in our list of compatible models and the product cannot work with your car, we will guarantee a refund of the product fees, after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
Expedited Express Shipping is additional service, and we won't refund the fees.

Install was time consuming, but not overly difficult. Instructions as well as links to videos were good.The final product is excellent - CarPlay works both wired and wireless, fit and finish are great, and retained access to the original Mercedes menu for car adjustments. Steering wheel volume controls also work.Great product.

This device is fantastic, looks great in the car, screen quality is super. Sound is great. The device is fast and everything works perfectly. It exceeded my expectations. Everything is perfect. If you dont have CarPlay or Android audio in your car, this is the upgrade for you. Its a great unit. Not only does it have all the modern features you want and a backup cam to boot, tech support is fantastic. Professional seller is listening, answered on all the questions I asked him, package arrived in 5 days, well packed, after the installation it works very well fast and fluid, with many features. Highly recommended!!
