Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from carlinklife.com.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
If your car models is in our list of compatible models and the product cannot work with your car, we will guarantee a refund of the product fees, after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
Expedited Express Shipping is additional service, and we won't refund the fees.

I've had this in my q60 for about a year and it's been super good. The occasional glitch here and there but it always resolves itself within 30 seconds. For the price this thing is great if you have minimal experience it shouldn't be an issue. Took less than 90 minutes to have it installed in my car.

Work pretty good on my 2017 Q50 very good product! Excellent for what I wanted.

Works fast and flawlessly. Only issue I ran into is fitment with the new board installed below the main board (MB). It had a connector that butts against another connector on the MB. Had to delete 3 screws which left a gap on one side of the case. Still, it installed back on the car with no issues and works great!
