Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from carlinklife.com.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
If your car models is in our list of compatible models and the product cannot work with your car, we will guarantee a refund of the product fees, after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
Expedited Express Shipping is additional service, and we won't refund the fees.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

I was mildly skeptical regarding overall function of this unit considering the very competitive price. Frankly, I am more than satisfied. It has exceeded my expectations to date, albeit one week.
All inherent vehicle control unit functions are retained, and the steering wheel controls also remain functional. The most concerning unknown was integration with the existing backup camera. The backup camera functions as it always has, automatically invoking as soon as the vehicle is put in reverse. The Car Play audio continues to play without interruption while the camera is engaged. As soon as the vehicle continues in drive, the multimedia screen returns to CarPlay.
The installation guidance is somewhat vague as the linked video shows install for another vehicle. The general concepts transfer over, and I was successful in one try. Be sure to test it before reassembling your dash! Also, be sure to reconnect the climate control panel as well or the multimedia buttons will not work.
Overall a great value and the CarPlay experience transforms my commute.

I love this system, I have a Jaguar F-Type and the one thing it’s missing is CarPlay. This unit functions perfectly and was more affordable than any of the others I found. Install took about 2 hours because I have a convertible and had to do some extra stuff but once I got it installed it was great. I had one issue where there was some static in the background of music, but when I emailed the support team they helped me through it and now it sounds great! I would highly recommend the car link life unit over any of the others!

Install took about two hours. Instructional video was helpful and had a few questions that were answered via email promptly. System works wirelessly pretty soon after cranking the engine. No issues with my backup camera either. Money well spent.

Installation was easy, follow the video. Ran into a snag with the 4x4 screen but the service tech stayed on it with me and he offered a solution that works fantastic. I’m glad I went with this system.
