Please check your item(s) upon delivery, if there is an issue with your order, such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us by email within 3 days.

For every purchase, we offer full-service support for the customers, because our goal is to make customers satisfied with the purchase.

(Please note that this policy only applies to items purchased from https://www.carlinklife.com, we cannot provide after-sale service if you purchased from Amazon or other stores.)

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You could refund your undamaged Carlinklife® Products purchased in 30 days. When we receive the returns and finish the inspection, the refund will be back in your account in 7-15 working days.

In order to get your refund successfully, you should know:

  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Items must include original packaging.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Carlinklife® requires X% the cost of the product, according to table below:

  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee only could be requested within 30 days after you get the products. To get the service of 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you should contact the channel where you place the order.

If 30 days have gone by, since your delivery date, we apologize, we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or return. This only applies to change of mind orders only.

2. Return Policy

  1. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from carlinklife.com.
  2. Returns must be applied for within 30 days of receiving.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If packaging or products inside the package, is ripped, broken or damaged in any way, ‘Carlinklife®’ will asses this and modify the refund amount to an appropriate level.
  4. In case of no fault of the seller, if you need to return or exchange, you will be responsible for the Shipping fee and X% the cost of the product (restocking/repackaging fee), according to table below.
  5. If the 'consumer' is eligible or granted return, ‘Carlinklife®’ will return [original price of product MINUS restock fee, MINUS damage assessment (If damaged). This includes any cancellations, orders placed accidentally, and/or vehicles not supported by ‘Carlinklife® without 'consumer' checking with 'Carlinklife®' for support of vehicle beforehand. This is calculated using the table below:

  • If your car models is in our list of compatible models and the product cannot work with your car, we will guarantee a refund of the product fees, after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
  • Expedited Express Shipping is additional service, and we won't refund the fees.
  • To complete your return, we require an order number.To acquire the return address and/or start a return, please contact us first support@carlinklife.com.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you, to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you, if the refund has been approved. If approved, then your refund will be processed, credit will automatically be returned to your original payment method (May take 1-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution), damage assessment for the return may take 7-15 business days.
  2. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
    Then contact your card issuer, it may take some time before your refund has officially landed. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and 'Carlinklife®' will be happy to assist you.
  3. We only replace products, if they are defective or damaged. Defective or damaged on arrival are inspected by 'Carlinklife®'. 'Carlinklife®' must do their Due Diligence to ensure the product is indeed defective or damaged. Photo or video evidence may be required. If you need to exchange for a similar item, send us an email at support@carlinklife.com or contact us, to begin the process.
  4. If it's a change of mind order, 'Consumer' is responsible for paying shipping costs in returning the product. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  5. If the order is returned within the 30 day window of change of mind, or returning due to defect. Carlinklife® will issue a return label or rebimurse Consumer for shipping costs paid.
  6. It is important that you double check your order details and ensure you have used any applicable discounts. If orders are accidentally placed without the intended discount used, unfortunately we will not be able to go back and apply it or refund the amount.
  7. Once we receive the return, we will test the unit with our system to check whether it has been used or not. We will check if the product stored car data.
  8. Customers must pay all customs/import fees to their recieving country. Customers are responsible for checking their customs fees before purchasing.
  9. If the item is proven not to support your vehicle and it is in our list of compatible models, we will guarantee a refund of the item, after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
  10. If the returned item is not in its original condition, including damaged, in an unsellable condition or missing parts for reasons NOT due to our cause, will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.
  11. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 15 business days of our receiving your return. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.
  12. More than 30 days after the purchased day is not eligible for a refund under terms of our program.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We don't accept returns or refunds to the following conditions:

  1. After receiving your order, If the vehicle is sold or write-off/totalled (If applicable) This is an invalid return reason. You have the option to sell the Carlinklife® product with the vehicle or separately to a third party.
  2. Don't accept return or refund unless the item is damaged by non-human factors.
  3. If the returned goods are not in their original condition, including with scratches, damaged, unsalable, or missing parts not caused by seller, it will not be exchanged or refunded.
  4. Shipping and Customs Duties will not be refunded.
  5. Don't accept refund if there is no sellers' fault.

5. Sale items (if applicable)

  1. Regular priced items are eligible for refund requests. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Sale Items include any discounts/coupons, including any holiday discounts, E.G; Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Christmas, Etc.
  2. Sale items may not be returned or refunded, including; any cancellations, orders placed accidentally, and/or vehicles not supported by ‘Carlinklife®’ without 'consumer' preemptively checking with 'Carlinklife®' for support of vehicle. This does not include warranty. Warranty may still apply if the product is not operating as expected. Expectations of operation will be assessed by 'Carlinklife®' only.
  3. 'Carlinklife®' reserves the right to refuse/deny any sale without any reason provided.

Return Process

  1. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us in a week support@carlinklife.com.
  2. We will respond quickly (please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing) with instructions for how to return items from your order
  3. Once your return is received and processed the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the money of your refund.
  4. Within 7 to 15 business days after we receive your return, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment as the original purchase. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.
  5. You need to pay the shipping fee of return.

    Cancel Orders

    • If you want to cancel your order for some reason, you have to contact us within 12 hours, please provide your order number and state the reason, so the warehouse can hold the fulfillment process and be able to refund you before the parcel is shipped. Otherwise, once the order is shipped, we will not be able to accept cancellation of your order.
