Warranty Policy

The warranty period of Carlinklife products is 12+12* (*exclusive to email subscriber) months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.
  • Within 6 months after you get the product, if your item(s) are broken or defective, You just need to return it and we will send you a brand new unit.
  • During the warranty period of 6 to 12+12* (*exclusive to email subscriber) months, if there is any quality problem, we will support free maintenance services for you.
  • If 12-months have passed by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you free maintenance services.

If you have requested a replacement, the replaced products will continue the warranty of your original order. Example:

  • You purchased a Carlinklife product on 12/12/2022 with a 12-month warranty.
  • After finding a quality-related defect, you requested a replacement on 06/01/2023.
  • The warranty period of the replacement is still from 12/12/2022 to 12/12/2023.

This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Carlinklife Team. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser. This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is nontransferable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
