How to fix carplay screen without sound
Check whether the original FM audio has sound.
If there is NO SOUND from FM, please migrate the optical fiber
(Note that if there is an optical fiber cable (usually green or orange) on the original car power cable, you need to take out the optical fiber cable and transfer it to the main line of CarPlay)
If have sound from FM, but no sound from carplay interface, please follow the steps as below

In the setting interface, turn on the Bluetooth channel.

Enter the original car interface

Enter the original car media interface

Connect your iphone to Mercedes (BMW) Bluetooth, select Bluetooth as the sound source.

Play the original car Bluetooth music

Return to carplay interface
