2: Regarding product installation, all are non-destructive docking. If there are any issues during the installation process, please contact us for assistance and do not draw conclusions on your own.
3: When installing the product, it is necessary to turn off the car before connecting the power harness. (This is to avoid burning the equipment)
4: If you do not know the connection position of the power harness during the installation process, you can take a photo and send it to our customer service personnel. We will provide professional technical guidance for your installation.
5: All product models in our store belong to customized products specifically designed for special vehicles, and they must be verified before production before being sold.
6: After purchasing a product, it is important to pay attention to the logistics and transportation status, and cooperate with customs clearance work. Some countries may incur customs clearance costs (according to national policies), which are borne by the buyer.

Compatible with original car features:
1: Support the original car multimedia steering wheel buttons.
2: Keep the original car CD/compatible with the original car amplifier/radio function. (Maybe the CDs of individual models are different and temporarily incompatible)
3: Support original car air conditioning screen touch.
4: The original car rearview camera is not compatible.
Return Policy
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from carlinklife.com.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
If your car models is in our list of compatible models and the product cannot work with your car, we will guarantee a refund of the product fees, after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
Expedited Express Shipping is additional service, and we won't refund the fees.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
All orders will be fulfilled via our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification of the shipping details.

We offer FREE international shipping as standard and Paid expedited express delivery option.
