Keeps all original oem functions. Audio sounds great. All steering wheel controls still work. Customer service was excellent!! They helped me solve any questions I had about the product quickly. possibly installing under the glove box or in the accessory tray might be a better solution for you. also, most videos show taking off the panels under the steering wheel, but you don't have to. Just remove the bottom panels around the radio, (air vents, top by navigation, and bottom below radio) then use a skinny 8mm socket with a skinny attachment to get the two bolts which just need to be loosened. You can see them from underneath if you try. I'd also advise cleaning up the wires so the radio can go back in with less resistance. Overall, it's worth the money. It works great. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Im definitely happy that it arrived earlier than expected. Installed on my 2014 Acura MDX. Cant express how excited I am to finally have Apple CarPlay function in my car and goodbye to those external navigation system.

Was worried when I bought it but I Installed in my 2015 Acura TLX. It works perfectly and I am very happy. Very very nice unit, RECOMMENDED!

The seller packed the item very well. The item was also shipped quickly as well. Installed this on my 2014 MDX. Installation was easy (plug&play). The seller has preadjusted jumpers already for the model. In addition, they also include an extra "MIC" cable in case the Mic does not work correctly. This "MIC" cable was not required as the Unit works flawlessly with my MDX. Really appreciated the considerate thought. After installation, I wasn't quite sure how to use some features that comes with this unit, I contacted the seller to learn how to use mirroring and USB connectivity. Run into some issues as I couldn't get it to work. The seller always responds very quickly & provides step-by-step guidance, also supplied with additional instructions and photo. So far, it's been great. All to all is very good impression!

In more details: I really like the product because you can set it up to start automatically everytime you get into the car, and everything works wirelessly and flawlessly. It is very responsive (which also depends a lot on your phone), and the audio is kept as original (I got the unit, which allows you to connect your audio directly with sync). All the original functions are kept and work perfectly. The original reverse camera work good as well. The product is good, it came very well packaged and the seller was very attentive in pre-sale and after-sale. Everything works as described and converts the original system into having Android Auto & Carplay wirelessly! Awesome! Worth the money entirely and the support is excellent too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
