You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
If your car models is in our list of compatible models and the product cannot work with your car, we will guarantee a refund of the product fees, after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
Expedited Express Shipping is additional service, and we won't refund the fees.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Installation was easy, I'm very handy, not a mechanic, had no issues, you tube video showing Installation made it easy. Had minor issue with sound, but Support helped me out, easy setting adjustment. The only thing I would like to be better are the instructions.

I ordered the device from Germany for my Infiniti QX50, built in 2016. Shipping was quick and problem-free. Although I was a little worried about the installation, everything went smoothly and worked right away. Since there was a problem with my original infotainment system, I received quick and detailed support from the support team. I can really recommend the device!!!

The module is great, no words to describe how much better it makes the car feel but be aware. You should know what you're getting yourself into if you decide to diy it like i did. The manual is a bit vague and the cords and wiring can get confusing. Also be ready to drill holes and route wires through different passages and outlets. This will not be a quick install, and make sure to be careful. DO NOT START THE CAR WHILE STUFF IS NOT PLUGGED IN, you will blow your fuses and make the mistake i did. The screen and module make the car feel so fresh and open and give the age of the car new life in interior quality. Its well worth your time if you just give it some patience.
